PURPOSE:
Provides support to the Sales department.
- Answer General, Customer Relations, and Sales phone lines; assisting callers with inquiries.
- Manage Sales inquiry mailbox in Microsoft Excel; respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with order, quote, and shipping information data entry requests when needed.
- Follow up on active orders as requested to address any production or shipping concerns.
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure products ship as instructed by sales team.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Sales team
- Contact the customer or freight carrier on the sales team's behalf to obtain shipping information and/or details if needed.
- Prepare various sales, logistics and production reports.
- Update customers directly on orders statuses when needed.
- Follow up on graphics inquiries with the customers.
- Account Management of small to medium key accounts.
- Assist team with daytoday administration
- Assist with other departments when needed
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization COMPUTER SKILL excellent customer service Problem solving
- Fluent in written and spoken Englis work in a team environment work productively in team assignments
