    Total Rewards Professional

    We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to deliver compensation solutions to our North America geography. This role will work with multiple groups within and outside of HR, including Talent Advisors, Executive Compensation, HR Services, and Finance.

    The Role

    • Support the aligned Compensation Lead in designing and implementing broad-based compensation initiatives and project work streams, ensuring effective solutions.
    • Develop compensation solutions, including retention proposals, senior offer proposals, incentive plan designs.
    • Advise client groups on broad-based compensation issues and processes, in line with WTW's compensation philosophy.
    • Deliver the annual compensation review process end-to-end, partnering with assigned client group and/or delivering on compensation operations workstreams.
    • Manage processes related to compensation changes throughout the year (mid-year, off-cycle), working with assigned client groups, providing advice to ensure an effective process.
    • Manage benchmarking requests with the support of the analyst team.
    • Execute compensation analysis and outline key findings in compelling proposals to facilitate decision-making.
    • Lead or contribute to compensation projects, from planning/design to successful execution.
    • Work with stakeholders and client groups to understand specific local compensation-related issues and develop effective solutions.

    The Requirements

    • Experience in a Compensation Advisor/Manager role, including delivering annual compensation review, benchmarking, and development of compensation proposals and analysis.
    • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Experience leading or contributing effectively to projects within Total Rewards environments.
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
    • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables.
    • An understanding of the compensation market, trends, regulations, and economic environment impacting it.
    • Advanced English language skills.

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience working remotely in a global organization.
    • Power BI skills or advanced reporting/analytics skills.
    • A degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
