    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Leads to ensure the accomplishment of Warehouses goals, including those related to people, velocity, budget and cost structure. Developing and ensuring execution for requirements and procedures for safety regulation.

    Materials Handling and Management: Knowledge of material handling, logistics material flow in the values streams; ability to perform, monitor and improve processes related to logistic & distribution.

    Problem Management Process: Receives, clarifies, and resolves a variety of standard and atypical problems

    Participates in trend and root cause analysis to identify and address recurring problems.

    Helps minimize bottlenecks and delays and the resulting impact on operating costs

    RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Achieve on Safety Standards according with Safety 360 Program
  • Supervising and motivating employees through effective coaching and training, clear communication of job expectations
  • Achieve Internal Logistic Indicators (PQVC for Warehouse)
  • Manage Budget Plan on target
  • Maintains inventory management records
  • Manage and ensure all equipment efficiency, repairs and maintenance as necessary

    • ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Scolarship: Industrial Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or related to.
  • Experience : 3 years experience on Logistics or Operation Areas
  • English : Intermediate English
  • Skills : Leadership, working under pressure, focused on results and proactivity. Leadership Experience
