Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Windows Server Analyst Jr located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Infra Projects Manager the Windows Server Analyst Jr will be in charge of support the IT services, providing solutions the needs of the Business.

While the primary focus should be on the stability of the systems, and setup of the IT infrastructure.

What a typical day looks like:

Provide technical support to server infrastructure maintenance activities and problem-solving and troubleshooting actions.
Good Understanding of IPbased platforms and addressing, DHCP, DNS, and client/server computing.
Knowledge of the core components such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, and Clustering
Administration of ESX servers & VMs, P2V, V2V migrations, cloning, and template creation.
Ensure monitoring and controls are in place to ensure the stability of the systems.
Proactive monitoring of enterprise systems to ensure they are adequately sized to meet the dynamic requirements of the business solutions.
Execute servers backups and information restores
Adherence to Service level agreements agreed with the Business. Ensure timely reviews with stakeholders.
ServiceNow tickets resolution and documentation
Followup with proper root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions
Ensure Systems are always up to date in terms of security patches.
Propose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
