    Responsabilidades

    • Diseñar y ejecutar integraciones tecnológicas: Crear conexiones funcionales entre las soluciones de la empresa y los sistemas del cliente;
    • Asesorar técnicamente a los clientes: Brindar orientación y soporte técnico para garantizar una implementación efectiva;
    • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos: Identificar y corregir fallos que puedan surgir durante o después de la integración;
    • Optimizar procesos de integración: Proponer mejoras para aumentar la eficiencia y calidad del proceso;
    • Documentar y estandarizar procedimientos: Crear guías y protocolos claros para las integraciones;
    • Colaborar con equipos internos: Trabajar con áreas como producto, soporte y comercial para garantizar la alineación;
    • Monitorear el desempeño post-integración: Asegurar que las integraciones se mantengan estables y funcionales después de su implementación.

    Requisitos

    • Lenguajes de programación: JavaScript, Python, o similares;
    • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y buenas prácticas de integración continua (CI/CD);
    • Protocolos y estándares: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, y manejo avanzado de APIs;
    • Habilidades analíticas para diagnosticar y corregir problemas técnicos complejos;
    • Experiencia con plataformas como Postman, herramientas de monitoreo de APIs y sistemas de control de versiones como Git;
    • Comunicación efectiva: Capacidad para transmitir información técnica a públicos no técnicos;
    • Gestión de proyectos: Capacidad para planificar, priorizar tareas y gestionar múltiples entregables;
    • Habilidad para manejar múltiples proyectos de integración simultáneamente con eficiencia;
    • Deseable formación en Computer Science o Software Engineering;
    • Deseable un nivel avanzado/fluido de inglés.
