Responsibilities:


  • Utilize your 5 years of experience in DevOps to support and enhance Oracle Database operations.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform to automate databaserelated tasks.
  • Implement and manage Oracle technologies, including RAC (Real Application Clusters), Data Guard, RMAN (Recovery Manager) Backup Restore, Patching, Performance Tuning, TDE (Transparent Data Encryption), and Database Vault.
  • Leverage your expertise in database architecture, DB objects SQL Query, Golden Gate, and DG broker to ensure optimal database performance and reliability.
  • Utilize shell scripting to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
  • Use data pump (expdp/impdp) for data migration and backup operations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement database solutions that align with business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the database environment.
  • Preferably, demonstrate knowledge of AWS for potential cloudbased deployments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration with strong DevOps skills.
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Handson experience in managing Oracle technologies, including RAC, Data Guard, RMAN Backup Restore, Patching, Performance Tuning, TDE, and Database Vault.
  • Good understanding of database architecture, DB objects, SQL Query, Golden Gate, and DG broker.
  • Experience in shell scripting for automation and task optimization.
  • Familiarity with MySQL and data pump (expdp/impdp) for heterogeneous database support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of AWS for cloudbased Oracle deployments.

Salary:
Up to $80,000.00 per month
