- Administra las órdenes de compra mediante la planeación de requerimientos de materiales, utilizando un sistema Kanban. Ejecutando los mensajes de acción que sugiere.
- Da seguimiento a las órdenes de compra colocadas con proveedores externos para que se cumplan los requerimientos de cantidad, costo y tiempo de entrega.
- Desarrolla el plan de producción diario y semanal.
- Entrega el plan de producción diario.
- Administra los sistemas de Kanban Electrónico de producto terminado
- Da seguimiento a expediciones de materia prima
- Da seguimiento a expediciones de producto terminado por parte de Customer Service.
- Genera órdenes de trabajo.
- Mantiene actualizadas las órdenes de trabajo y órdenes de compra.
- Participa en la solución de problemas en su Value Stream
- Mantiene las entregas a cliente de acuerdo con las políticas corporativas
- Se asegura que las órdenes atrasadas no rebasen las metas propuestas por las políticas de la empresa.
- Responsable por las vueltas de inventario de su value stream.
- Analiza faltante de material y determina curso de acción para solucionar el problema.
