Sales Associate


This is a hands on role and working in partnership with the team is as important as generating new client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling all portfolio of K2 services
  • Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities
  • Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2's entire service portfolio (Contract, Perm, K2U, K2K).
  • Management of the recruitment sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and longterm strategic growth.
  • Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business.
  • Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.
  • Develop, drive, and execute search strategies as well as nurture own network of marketleading professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of the business.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years working in a recruitment or technical recruitment role.
  • Time Management skills
  • Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space
  • Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques
  • Ability to develop new client generating and Recruitment strategies.
  • Participation in events
  • Solution oriented and integrity.


  • Languages: Advanced English
