Job Description:

Lead, implement and coordinate continuous improvement projects and Production System methodology and core elements within the value chain, through the development of competencies in the organization, the implementation and monitoring of standards and methodology of approach ensuring the success and profitability of the plant.

Create something new

Definition, development, and provision of standards for the entire value stream, in relation to the elements of Production System
Encourages digitalization and connectivity for the value stream, based on the Production Systems principles
Participation in the networks of industrial engineering

Take responsability

Coordination of the Training activities and onboarding for new associates according to the Production System Qualification Matrix necessary in the plant according to the defined strategy and resources.
Instructor for Production System trainings or related topics and moderator in workshops as needed
Development of training material for onsite sessions

Qualifications:

Work History: experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Logistic or Technical Functions
Experience and Knowledge: Manufacturing processes, Logistics and machine design
Languages: English. German would be a plus
Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
