Competencias Técnicas:

Planeación de la estrategia del producto
Análisis de ventas por categorías
Capacitar a los atletas con las iniciativas, nuevos productos y tecnologías
Coordina nuevos onboardings, entrenamiento y integración.
Garantizar cumplimiento de KPI's

¿Mi perfil se ajusta a la vacante?:

Pasión por el deporte
Gusto por las ventas y el servicio al cliente
Experiência mínima de 2 años en Retail (Tiendas departamentales, tiendas de ropa, autoservicio, etc.)
Haber tenido experiência liderando un equipo ( min. 15 personas a cargo)
Orientación para trabajar en equipo y enfoque en resultados
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para alineación con todo el equipo
Preferentemente vivir cerca de la tienda
