Experiential Marketing Analyst

This position is a role that will help to lead American Express Premium Products Experiential &

Access Benefits:

from event's strategical conception through its execution as well as access usage, product's communication and ensuring The Centurion Lounge will bring marketing strategies to live.


This role will ensure American Express remains pioneer in industry - by creating emotive and enriching experiences that can differentiate our brand, to create loyalty and engagement with Cardmembers.


How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Key for assisting and creating research for new experiential experiences in Premium Products Marketing strategy.
  • Follow up of different marketing efforts with communications agencies, in an endtoend process, from brief to its launch.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics.
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Drive communication excellence through review, implementation, and audit of Marketing Review Process. Deep follow up in internal process approvals and responsible to review with Legal & Compliance partners.
  • Right follow up with production agencies to events launch briefs, deliverables, and execution.
  • Negotiation with external partners and understanding how sponsorship deals can be created.
  • Ideation and follow up of new partners collaborations.
  • Experiential events for Premium Products execution, attendees' management and logistics and planning.
  • Annual budget tracking as main lead.
  • Ensure correct tracking for each experience: budget tracking, recommend to a friend surveys, benefits and access tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as marketing analyst, PR, communications or communication or experiential agencies job roles.
  • English as a must while working with local and global teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ready to train others.
  • Deep understanding of budget tracking, excel usage and can train others.
  • Experience in luxury is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience in digital marketing communications.
  • Self-Driven and quick learner.
  • Project management skills to launch media, planning, and experiential event deployments.
  • Prior relationship management with marketing agencies, specially production agencies.
  • Adaptability: maintains performance level under pressure.
  • Communication: conveys information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods.
  • Problem solving and decision making: identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; obtains and compares information from different sources to draw conclusions, develop and evaluate alternatives solutions, solve problems, and choose a course of action.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, PR, communications or experiential events
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Can train others to create clear and powerful marketing & media briefs.
