The HR Analyst is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units or areas.

The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent, seeking to develop or implement HR integrated solutions to complex businesses and organizational needs.

The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization

Position will support small areas, all of them from Research & Development Division or Global Support Functions.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree (required) Mainly Engineering or Administration; as second option Psychology/Law.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as HRBP in multinational companies ideally companies with products instead of services.
  • Demonstrate strong capacity to resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge in mexican labor relations
  • Knowledge in Talent Management
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation & benefits practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance and talent management, and organizational culture improvement.

Additional Expertise:


  • Labor Relations and Union management (preferable)
  • This position has no direct reports and it's a developmental position for HRBP career.
