OPERATIONS GENERALIST 

TADAN TECH is a fintech company dedicated to providing clients with internet financial services. Its business scope includes offering online payment solutions, lending service, financial advisory services, and financial market information services. The company is committed to creating a safe, efficient, and convenient ecosystem for internet finance.

You must speak English or Chinese minimum of 90%.

SKILLS:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, marketing, business management or related fields
2. 1 year of working experience in the Internet industry, preferably with financial technology or loan product operation experience
3. Familiar with the Internet industry and Mexico's financial market and regulatory environment are preferred
4. Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools
5. Fluent in English, those who understand Chinese will be preferred
6. Able to adapt to cross time zone work arrangements, maintain effective communication with Chinese teams, and have strong remote collaboration skills
7. Fluent in English or Chinese, excellent fresh graduates are also considered

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. According to the headquarters' requirements, thoroughly understand all loan products in Mexico, analyze competitor dynamics, explore user needs, and provide suggestions for product improvement.
2. Monitor and analyze key operational data of the product, gain insights into user behavior, develop data-driven operational strategies, and drive business growth.
3. Work closely with the business department, product, technology and other teams of the Chinese headquarters to ensure the smooth landing of products in the Mexican market.
4. As a communication bridge between the Mexican team and the Chinese headquarters, timely convey the needs and feedback of both parties, and promote efficient cooperation.
5. Pay close attention to Mexico's financial regulatory policies, ensure that products and operational activities comply with compliance requirements, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner.

COMPENSATION:

Salary: base salary + performance bonus: $15,000

On- Site  work, Narvarte CDMX

Start date: Decemer, 4th 2024

08:30-17:30, 8hrs/day，Every Monday to Saturday, 6 days per week
