Job Description Summary:

As part of the CM organization maturity, there were identified the Quality Documents (Procedures, Process, Standard Work) that are required to be updated and created.

Due to ongoing projects and priorities assigned to the team, this represents an additional effort required to complete this important task in preparation for the Quality audit planned for Q3.


The Versatility-Back up Matrix identifies all CM/CCB current processes and there is an active need to have updated documentation in the team to support these efforts across the team as well.

Documents to be updated are almost 50 and they comprehend Order Execution, Change Management
  • Unit BOM, CM/CCE Change Implementation, Daily Management and ERP Troubleshooting scopes.


There is also a potential to improve the ERP Troubleshooting tool with an interactive decision tree to simplify and improve takt time for this process.


This proposal to get support from an ETIP was revised during Q1 CMPD Review with Juan Asencio that took place on April 26th, 2023.


Essential Responsibilities in this role,

  • Proposal, development, validation, and release of Quality Documents (Procedures, Process or Standard Work) for different processes in our team.
  • Support and measure project progression for deliverables that comprehend Order Execution, Change Management
  • Unit BOM, CM/CCE Change Implementation, Daily Management and ERP Troubleshooting scopes.
  • There is also a potential to improve the ERP Troubleshooting tool with an interactive decision tree to simplify and improve takt time for this process.
  • Perform tasks under the specified timeframe.
  • Collecting requirements and close cooperation with end users to comply with quality and process specification.
  • Support the solution of problems of limited scope and complexity.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Student minimum at 3rd year of university.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present own work results

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge on Excel and Word (Microsoft Office).
  • Familiar with databases.
  • Strong programming on the following languages: Python, C#,
  • Basic knowledge on SQL.
  • Basic Lean Methodology
