    The Marketing Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for a small team of clerical/support employees. Delegates and supervises straightforward tasks. Effectively recommends personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluation, promotion, compensation adjustments and termination. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives. Ensures the quality and service of self and others. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area. Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Responsible for training team members, monitoring quantity and quality of work and providing feedback to employees on performance. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Has a direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of the team.     Responsibilities:
    • Supervises marketing staff. Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc. Plans and executes internal and or external marketing, advertising programs or products. Uses judgment based on the analysis of information. Identifies and resolves individual problems with some potential for broader organizational impact within established procedures.
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
    Qualifications:
    • 0-2 years marketing experience. Prior experience in banking industry.
    • High degree of proficiency with PC platform and tools: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, & Acrobat), Microsoft Office Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery an asset
    • Web content management experience
    • Proficiency in creative design of marketing collateral Proficiency in design for digital platforms
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment; demonstrated organizational skills
    • Experience in campaign development and tactical execution
    • Experience in working with external agencies, including creative, data and production vendors
    • Demonstrated digital marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement
    • Outstanding problem solving/analytical skills enabling expedient resolution of issues
    • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with all levels of employees, management, and clients
    • Some knowledge of traditional print practices including: layout, typography, and colour.
    Education:
    • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

    Responsabilidades:

    • El enfoque del rol se centra en dar apoyo en la atención de requerimientos de la política Third Party Management (TPM) como responsable de control y seguimiento del on going monitoring de las relaciones con los diferentes proveedores de Mercadotecnia como Agencias Creativas y Digitales, Artículos promocionales, Distribución y logística, que dan servicio de al Banco y sus fliales
    • Apoyo a seguimiento a los Business Activity Owners (BAOs) de Marketing para el correcto cumplimiento de controles TPM con los diferentes proveedores de Marketing
    • Soporte a la función de ejecutar todas las actividades de compras (Contratos locales y globales) siguiendo un timeline, trabajando de la mano con múltiples áreas involucradas en cada proyecto. (sourcing, legal, control etc)
    • Apoyo a la función de Manager's Control Assesment (MCA), monitoreo y control basado en los entregables de cada procedimiento administrativo del área de Marketing.
    • Apoyo en la coordinación con Sourcing para el desarrollo de Request For Proposal (RFPs) para proveedores de Marketing
    • Apoyo al seguimiento de la política de Records Management a través del RMO en el equipo
    • Cumplir con la política de Third Party Management (TPM):

    Planificación y ejecución de las actividades y controles aplicables para el cumplimiento de la política Garantizar que todos los requisitos de control y riesgo aplicables para los procedimientos de Marketing Administration Seguimiento a las relaciones banco- proveedor basándose en políticas internas

    • Apoyo a la función de emisión, revisión y validación de órdenes de compra en sistema de compras (P2P) y P2P express para servicios y/o productos de campañas de Marketing que incluye la validación de presupuestos (cotizaciones) con respecto al presupuesto disponible

    Calificaciones:

    • Proactivo
    • Alto nivel de organización y control administrativo
    • Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares
    • Experiencia en responsabilidades de riesgo y control
    • Habilidades de Microsoft Office (Excel: manejo de tablas dinámicas, elaboración de reportes)
    • Conocimiento en procesos de Procure to Pay y boveda digital
    • Procesos de facturación con proveedores externos
    • Deseable: conocimiento en el proceso y herramientas de TPM (Ongoing Monitoring, CASP+, TP RAP ́s)
    • Deseable Conocimiento de la política de Gastos (CEMP) para su correcta aplicación en las categorías.
