The Social Media Marketing Leads for Sales Markets MX / CO / EC will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by developing and overseeing customer-centric communication strategies across owned and paid channels.

The role will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer-centricity.

The role is responsible for securing a strong relationship with our media agency for the sales market and for briefing customer, brand, and sales goals by customer segment.

The Media Lead serves as the key point of contact for stakeholders within the sales market in all media-related discussions specific to a customer segment and specific to this role to develop a long-lasting Store Strategy.


This position is based in Mexico City, and reports to our LATAM Media Manager in the Sales Market MX / CO / EC.


Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Communications/Media Planning

  • Maintain strong understanding of regional communications plan and adjust with local deviations based on insights about customer segments, commercial patterns, and growth targets
  • Develop a daily and weekly customer communication plan for all paid and owned channels, including site and store communications through collaboration with Commercial and Customer Activation teams
  • Know our customers and ensure that insights are infused in communications planning; seize opportunities to drive new customer acquisition and retention
Media Campaign Management

  • Based on global strategies, manage the planning, implementation, and follow up of local paid media strategy
  • Brief and coordinate media and communications plan with media agencies to ensure optimal execution; serve as key point of contact for agencies
  • Brief and coordinate communications plan to regional content teams and production hub
  • Drive successful implementation of global marketing campaigns across all bought media
  • Partner and collaborate with Fashion PR team on holistic media strategy and align on key opportunities
  • Perform media audits to ensure media buying efficiency, and FUP with agencies as necessary
  • Identify customer growth potential connected to media investments in partnership with
Store Strategy Planning & Follow up.

  • Develop a 360 stores strategy ensuring messaging, placement & formats.
  • Ensure communication is according to the Prios & Brand expectations.
  • POC for any Store Strategy topic related.
  • Partner with Visual & CXOps team to aligned on Store formats & Ensure execution.
  • Secure Routines to ensure end to end process.
Media/Activity Budget and Follow Up

  • Perform analyses and share overall as well as customer segment or media channelspecific results and learnings on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Perform weekly and monthly analyses of total online traffic and revenue per marketing channel
  • Partner with Regional Digital Media Manager, paid to drive allocation of paid brand and consideration media budget investments to different customer groups and media channels, following up on ROI

Requisitos:


What You'll Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or media roles
  • Proven Experience in Retail Marketing Brands
  • Store openings media experience preferred
  • Experience from planning activity calendars for multiple channels
  • Experience from setting and managing large media budgets preferred
  • Competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working preferred
  • Strategic thinker with broad marketing and media skills
  • Experience in paid brand and consideration channels (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print)
  • Understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate
  • Highly analytical, structured, organized, and efficient
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • English Required
  • Up to 15% international travel required
