Job Description:


  • Responsible for managing the Industrial Organization. Participates in the development of the Objectives and Strategies that will determine the direction of the Organization.
  • Develop, Negotiate, and Manage the Company's Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Action Plans to meet those Objectives. Validates and Authorizes the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate costreduction measures
  • Determine and execute the Administrative Policies of the Organization through subordinate Managers.
  • Ensure the optimal operation of the company's departments such as: Production, Quality, Finance, Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, etc.
  • Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating, Developing, and acting as a Facilitator of his Staff. Responsible for fostering and maintaining interdepartmental harmony.
  • Represents the Company in Industrial, Commercial or Service Association in order to develop an acceptance of the same, as well as to detect situations or trends that may affect the Company.
  • Has the general legal power of the Organization.

Qualifications:


  • BA or BS in operations management, business, engineering or related field
  • Postgraduate or Master's degree
  • More than 5 years as Responsible for the Plant's Results
  • Experience as Plant Manager / Director of Operations
  • Analysis of Financial Proposals Experience
  • Experience in the transformation and integration of acquired companies
  • Leadership in transformation processes and implementation of new working cultures.
  • Transformation experience through continuous improvement tools
  • Experience in international/global settings

Compensation


The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.

This salary range is 90,000-150,000.
