Accountable for obtaining Direct material required by the organization. To succeed in this position, needs excellent bilingual communication skills in all mediums, solutions to day-to-day order problems.Procurement processes include:Product SourcingSupplier SelectionPricing/Terms NegotiationManaging order escalationsSupplier Performance ManagementRequires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience May require the following proficiency:
• Works under limited supervision for routine situations
• Support and training to employees
• Require analysis to understand problemsJob Responsibilities:- Compile and analyze data on buying patterns to identify opportunities to reduce cost

• Solves day-to-day procurement issues, including those related to sourcing, discrepant material, and logistics, to minimize the overall negative impact to the company
• Identify and address the root cause of procurement issues
• Follow/implement direction from manager
• Lead sourcing for special projects
• Communicate any order problems, such as price or part number mismatch, with the supplier quickly, along with a recommended solution
• Proactively update suppliers on status of problem resolution until completed
• Cross training with co-workers to cover absences
• Escalate important issues, and let the supplier know who is involvedRequired Knowledge:- D365 preferable
• Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish – Strong English written and oral is mandatoryExperience Required: 5 years in Procurement or Supply Chain
