    Position Purpose:

    Collaborate with the HR Director focused on priorities such as talent management, strategies to create commitment and integration with the organization, to ensure the effectiveness of processes (performance, organizational design and change management). It also focuses on the organizational pulse and external market trends.

    Let's talk about main responsibilities:

    • Partner with all functions and leaders in Mission Hills to drive learning, succession planning and performance management processes.
    • Develop impact and value solutions to people and organizational challenges to maximize performance and anticipate business needs.
    • Lead new processes that influence new ways of working in collaboration with the company to drive organizational success.
    • Workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and performance-based activities to achieve organizational goals.
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation, engagement and productivity.
    • Work with Global HR to ensure existing and new programs are aligned with Global Supply Chain needs and perspectives.
    • Development of coaching and mentoring strategies for leaders to improve their effectiveness and results orientation, with a focus on professional development and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Lead special projects in Mission Hills, as needed, to support people and growth initiatives to benefit the entire organization.
    • These descriptive activities being more non-limiting, all those that the same production demands will be covered.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR: as a Generalist and/or Specialist (Compensation, benefits, labor relations, organizational development, training and recruitment).
    • Knowledge of compensation, recruitment and selection or organizational development.
    • Current laws and labor law (Desirable).
    • Advanced English.
