    Eaton's ES AMER EPG division is currently seeking a LATAM Supply / Demand Planning Coordinator


    What you'll do:

    Coordinate the Supply and Demand SIOP processes across the LATAM region, driving the entire SIOP process with all the LATAM sites and lead the supplier review with the main common vendors used by the different sites in the LATAM region both external and internal suppliers.

    Latam sales demand SIOP ConsolidationDrive demand planning consolidation with pipeline and backlog within Forecast pro into the BUsSupport Forecast accuracy improvement within the businessCoordinate the data collection Support creation one Latam executive review meetingJoin to all portfolio, demand, supply, consensus and executive reviews Governance and continous improvement on Supply planningCoordinate all LATAM sites to ensure 24 months sales forecastLATAM SIOP supplier reviews consolidationImplement and manage supplier review consolidated meetingsMake Monthly analysis about supply planningSupport supplier Forecast accuracy improvementCoordinate the data collection for supply planningSupport and manage the development of dashboard of supplier ForecastSupport Latam manufacting plants to develoy internal supplier review (capacity review)

    Coordinate action plans with the BUs and the main suppliersCoordinate all LATAM sites to ensure 18 to 24 months net demand supplier forecast Qualifications:
    Education level required: Engineer or Business Bachelor Degree
    Years and area of experience required: 5 years experience in Demand /Supply Planning or SIOP

    Coordination Skills:

    Technical knowledge ERP KnowledgeIncumbent must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese)CPIM Certification Preferred Soft skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
