- Leadsa Procurement and Logistic (Supply Chain) organization, defines and implementsSupply Chain strategy, standards, and guidelines in area of responsibility.
- Establishand lead contracts and price negotiations for medium and large volumepurchases, to contribute to the profitability of the company.
- Actingas the main link to the Global Procurement teams, Local Management and Cluster Americas.
- Coordination,negotiation and implementation of global and local commercial contracts byanalyzing our annual requirements in terms of suppliers, materials and volumes,providing and coordinating these annual requirements to ensure availability.
- Promoteand influence the organization to develop and sustainable Supply Chain,consider the ESG principles to take daily decisions.
- Managingwarehouse activities and establish alternatives (methods and ideas) to minimizethe reserves, substitutes, times, costs, and inventory levels. Contribute toreducing inventory levels, implemented the best sourcing model applicable.
- Negotiatethe price of sale of leftover materials production area.
- Developforecasts of prices and internal analysis of costs, to provide the basicinformation for the planning of the company and make reports.
- Managinga team of 21 employees (8 direct and 13 indirect).
- Ensurematerial availability on time to the production line.
- ManagingPurchasing, Inbound & Outbound Logistics, and Warehousing.
- Developingand promoting overall material management and inventory control improvement.
- Analyzingand evaluating purchasing performances in diverse divisions, aiming to maximizecost savings, profitability, and material availability, always looking for asustainable Supply Chain.
