    Project Scheduler Coordinator

    The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules for BESS projects. This role ensures that all schedules are aligned across disciplines and supports project delivery with clear planning and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage detailed master schedules for multiple BESS projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
    • Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
    • Analyze schedules to identify risks, delays, and critical path items; propose corrective actions.
    • Provide weekly and monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules and performance metrics.
    • Track actual progress against baseline schedules and update forecasts accordingly.
    • Support project teams with recovery plans and scenario analyses when needed.
    • Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors.
    • Ensure all scheduling activities are documented and meet ON Energy's standards.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related field.
    • Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; strong Excel skills required.
    • Solid understanding of EPC project workflows, construction sequencing, and commissioning processes.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
    • English fluency is mandatory (written and spoken).
    • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
    • Experience working across multi-country teams and suppliers is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with energy storage systems or electrical infrastructure projects.
    • Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Procore, Smartsheet).
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
