    Job Description

    We are seeking talented professionals for our Guadalajara Offices for the position of Sales Analyst & Reporting.

    This is a non-management position that requires advanced knowledge in Power BI and excellent analytical skills.

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for personal development through long-term career growth.

    As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for generating new insights, implementing changes, and ensuring operational effectiveness for the Organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop control and analytical data process management.
    • Act as Sales SPOC to Supply, following up on sales orders, supply issues, and managing allotments stock-keeping unit - customers.
    • Maintain, refresh, and create new reports according to MS&P (Market Strategy and Planning) needs for sales.
    • Prepare sales monthly reports (historical).
    • Consolidate sufficiency reports.
    • Understand and interpret various forms of data to present it in a useful format for commercial data.
    • Collect, process, and develop statistical analysis.
    • Generate insights for making decisions with a high impact on the business.

    Requirements:

    • Eligible to work in Guadalajara.
    • Advanced Power BI knowledge (Must).
    • Effective time and organization management.
    • Teamwork/collaboration.
    • Strong ability to learn systems/applications such as SAP, POWER BI, Access.
    • Microsoft Excel intermediate or advanced (is a plus).
