- 2+ years experience in Customer Service Office Administration AR/AP roles- Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience invoices payments reconciliations- Experience using RingCentral or similar VoIP systems strong CRM discipline data accuracy JobNimbus HubSpot similar English proficiency B+ spoken written fluent advanced Spanish skills availability work full-time aligned US business hours professional remote setup reliable internet MPS recommended modern computer setup dual monitors preferred quality headset customer communicationDescripción del trabajo
