The Opportunity


The main purpose of the role is to support Hires management transformation due to Payroll Project across LATAM, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee processes; guaranteeing cero errors and generating value added services and processes of the Organization.


Responsibilities:


Your Impact
As HR Ops Asst Analyst your functions would consist of

  • Daily headcount validation for all current PBT countries (HDN, SV, GTM, ARG, DOM)
  • Audit data control previous to payroll dispersion
  • Hire process for manual changes in Argentina model
  • Test envolvement for Argentina payroll interface connection with EC

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Education
Bachelor of Business Administration or Related Career

  • Experience
Experience in personnel administration, payroll or related field

Practical experience in personnel management software

Knowledge in Intermediate Excel

Communication

High analysis capacity
