Charger Logistics is seeking a well-rounded individual able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our team at the company in Monterrey, Mexico.

Responsabilities:

Experience managing VMware ESXI, Windows and Linux Servers, MSA Storage, SD-Wan, Citrix, Loadbalancer.
Maintain, troubleshoot, administer and support local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), workstations and server connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment.
Experience in using paid and open source tools to monitor performance of servers and network equipment.
Provide problemsolving services to network users of clients.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade hardware and software for web, database, file, monitoring and authentication servers.
Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance.
Plan and implement data backups and disaster recovery solutions for clients.
Perform tests and plug security holes.
Shell scripting to automate administration tasks.
ITIL process knowledge aligned.
Selftaught ability to overcome new challenges in solving issues.

Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
35 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.
System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.
A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
