- SS Process Owner – for GBS Global FnA Delivery & Network
- Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization.
- This position is hybrid in Queretaro's GBS.
- You will have a lot of exposure in the company as it is a role that continuously interacts with Managers, Sr. Managers and Directors from different areas.
- Performing some operational activities like forecasts, financial reporting, and reconciliations for stakeholders.
- Participating in the implementation of new initiatives and improve the process within his/her span of control, promoting simplification and automation.
- Create partnership with 3er operation team, coordinate them in providing input and information for daily, monthly, weekly activities.
- Perform operational activities and review of end month, quarterly and annual close.
- Provide help to solve issues in activities performed by the 3er party.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
- 2-4 years prior experience similar roles.
- Leadership, organizational and communication skills, advanced problem solving skills.
- Strong accounting and analytical background.
- Analytical approach and results oriented.
- Advanced Excel skills as well as SAP and other financial tools management.
- English proficiency is required.
