NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY - HARDWARE ENGINEER

APODACA PLANT / E-SYSTEMS DIVISION

Position Focus:

Lear is looking for a Technical role experienced in Hardware Design, Hardware Design Verification/ Debugging and End Of Line testing (including flashing and ICT) of high
- as well as low-power products. Your operational area will be onside in the plant to support plant team in day-to-day business and support onside on engineering related topics (i.e. yield improvement, analysis of EOL fails, introduction of new releases). You will be part of a highly skilled cross-functional and cross-regional development team and the direct interface from engineering to the operations team.

Key Activities:

Experience in analog/ digital Hardware design.
Knowhow on DC/DC design, Microcontroller based designs, Automotive communication buses (CAN, Ethernet, PMBus,).
Basic knowledge on HF/ RF available.
Knowhow on Hardware Testing and Debugging mechanisms as well as EOL strategies for analog/ digital Hardware designs.
Knowhow on Hardware PCB and BlackBox level measurement techniques and corresponding measurement equipment.
Analysis skills incl. knowhow on root cause analysis mechanism (i.e. Ishikawa) and broaden view to the manufacturing process enables in time support onside at the plant.
Technical communication skills support interaction with Engineering Teams as well as plant workers.

Education:
Bachelor.

Experience:
Requires min. 3 years experience.
