Responsibilities
Managing item master in JDE, all creations, updates and mass updates
Initial point of contacting order to solve doubts related to item creation or troubleshooting resolution.
Monthly volumetrics for item creation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure SLAs are meet all months related to trouble shooting, creation and maintenance of master data,
Support on testing scenarios during project implementation.
Keep up to date SOBPs related to master data.
Partners with the MD Delivery team to resolve production issue escalations
Skills
Proactive, able to work with limited supervision and ask for help when needed
Resourceful, able to find creative solutions to MD challenges. Identifies and resolves complex problems
Good Planning and excellent stakeholder management
Strong organizational skills, processoriented and great attention to detail
Ability to influence, work with others, facilitate workshops, and present to management
Ability to manage concurrent initiatives
Knowledge in JDE, specifically item and customer master
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Quick learner, motivated selfstarter
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Experience
3 years in similar data analyst roles at Master Data or other major functional team (Operations, R&D, Marketing)
3 years of experience working with global or regional stakeholders in matrix environment
Working experience with a current MDM SW and/or ERP solution required.
Working experience with Riversand MDM SW desirable.
Industry, systems validation, and GS1/1SYNC experience desirable.
Other
English fluency. Other languages (i.e. Spanish, French, Mandarin) desirable
Flexibility to interact with other time zones
