- Lead and manage inventory planning activities
- Develop and implement
inventory strategies to optimize stock levels - Analyzes current inventory
levels as well as transactions related to the movement or transfer of materials
both within the site as well as to external sources. - Analyze demand patterns
and forecast future inventory requirements - Collaborate with suppliers to
ensure timely delivery of materials - Monitor inventory performance and
implement corrective actions - Identify and implement process improvements to
enhance inventory management. Provides follow-up on Financial Reports
(Backflush variations, consumption, etc.). - Reviews and follows-up of Cycle
Counts. - Analyzes discrepancies and monitoring COGI's in SAP.
- Provides Solutions to ISC Operations
Managers. - • Analyzes performance metrics such as: down time, inventory
adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, line
inventory. - Reviews Material flow.
- Participate in daily monitoring meetings
that take place at different levels in the production area as part of the Honeywell
Operations System (HOS), responding in a timely and effective manner to the
resolution of problems that are under their responsibility or function. - Periodically
review and update the TRLT in the system. - Calculate production kanban's for
subassemblies and raw materials. - Receipts
of raw materials from backorders. - Review and update the calendar in SAP.
- Monitors
and reports WIP inventory weekly. - Monitors that raw material engineering
changes are carried out correctly in SAP (kanban). Establish and monitor
reports that help control inventory levels in WIP. - Responsible for updating
the master material in SAP. - Bachelor's degree in logistics or a relevant field
- Advanced English
- 5+ years of
experience in inventory planning or supply chain management - Advanced Knowledge on CTAP/OEA
- Advanced Knowledge on SAP
- Advanced Knowledge on Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree
in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in implementing inventory optimization strategies
- Knowledge of
lean manufacturing principles. - Attention to detail and strong organizational
skills - Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated with
industry trends. - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
simple one or two-step instructions. - Ability to define problems, collect
