Work Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in quality-related roles within the stainless steel industry, with a focus on stainless steel tank quality.

Team Management Experience: At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in managing and supervising quality control teams.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality standards and regulations applicable to stainless steel products, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate, train, and guide teams towards achieving quality goals.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues efficiently.

Certifications and Additional Knowledge:

Certified in Non-Destructive Testing.
Knowledge of AWS and ASME norms.
Quality procedures and tests.
Strong experience in technical inspections of metal mechanical products.

Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.

Location Preference: Interest in working in Veracruz.
