The opportunity
Analyst in the implementation of the Termination Model in Latam.


Your impact
As HR Ops Assistant Analyst your functions would include:

  • Generate payroll calculations, including extra income and deductions as well as benefit settlements based on legal guidelines and policies
  • Ensure Application of Interfaces and Registration Routes for the application of exits on Internal and External Platforms
  • Participate in system adjustment tests and validate that the calculations are correct
  • Validate Accounting Policies
  • Prepare Payment Requests
  • Issue mandatory Labor Certificates by Local Governments
  • Sox Control Compliance
  • SLA and OLAs Compliance
  • Indicators
  • Database reconciliations

Qualifications:



Who we are looking for?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in personnel administration, payroll, or related field
  • Knowledge of tax and labor laws
  • Practical experience in personnel management software
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel
  • Experience in Payroll and Settlement Calculations
  • Expert in income tax calculation and tax laws
