Responsibilities
- Post job ads on our social media platforms, website, and online job portals
- Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios
- Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and managers
- Draft offer letters for new employees
Requirements:
- Graduates or neargraduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and general knowledge of how Applicant Tracking Systems work (can train on specifics)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience in a junior HR role will be considered a plus but is not required
