Responsibilities

  • Post job ads on our social media platforms, website, and online job portals
  • Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and portfolios
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with shortlisted applicants
  • Learn basic interviewing techniques from senior recruiters and managers
  • Draft offer letters for new employees

Requirements:


  • Graduates or neargraduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn and general knowledge of how Applicant Tracking Systems work (can train on specifics)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a junior HR role will be considered a plus but is not required
