OBJECTIVE:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.

They will assess training needs, develop curriculum, and manage the delivery of training sessions.

The Training Coordinator will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet organizational objectives.


MAIN FUNCTIONS:


  • Design training programs that address identified needs and align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
  • Conduct assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine training priorities and goals.
  • Coordinate with the processes experts to deliver specialized training in areas of production and administration.
  • Develop certification programs in the different process of the organization.
  • Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, quizzes, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze training data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Identify and engage external training vendors or consultants as needed to supplement internal training efforts.
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet training needs.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED More than 4 years. Experience in designing and providing training programs, Instructional Designs Methodologies.


LEVEL OF ENGLISH Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid, Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Process).
