The intern will support the administrative and technical activities of the Channel Sales team in Mexico and LCR.

Job requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Intermediate use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Intermediate English.
Final semester of Computer Engineering /Industrial Engineering or related career.
Availability to work 25 hours per week.
Passion for learning, communications skills and creative thinking.

Main activities:

Technical:

Guide BP through TGCS portal.
Create and follow up a Service Request to report HW/SW problems to level
Prepare and send demo products.
Prepare marketing demo equipment and keep checkin and checkout records.

Admin:

Follow up and do the process to pay fee to key partners.
Create Purchase Orders.
Follow up Special prices.
Followup to BP training.
Follow up obtaining documentation from new BPs and followup with their contract.
Follow up sales attainment files.

Location:
Mexico City.

Schedule specifications: 25 hours in office a week
