Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Ownership

• Accountable for the region's Profit & Loss, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing transparency and actionable insights to stakeholders.

2. Operational Excellence

• Oversee all logistics operations across Mexico, including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Implement strategies and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high service quality.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse and high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

4. Market Expansion

• Identify and execute growth opportunities to strengthen JD Logistics' market presence in Mexico.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development.

5. Budget Management

• Develop and manage the regional budget, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining cost control.
• Balance financial discipline with operational effectiveness to support strategic goals.

6. Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to protect operations and maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

Experience and Expertise

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving financial and operational goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations and market dynamics in Mexico.

Leadership and Management Skills

• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills to drive results and organizational growth.

Business Acumen

• Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building robust client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with functional teams at headquarters.
