Demand & Inventory Planning Analyst

This position exists to ensures accuracy of detailed lineitem forecasts by working within the work processes and timelines outlined in the demand management and SI&OP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning) process flows. Executes the demand planning process and maintains the demand/forecast models in Logility. Executes corporate model and develops the inventory targets based on market demands, lead time from plants, and logistics network design.

Responsibilities:

Monitor baseline forecast against order book and customers while ensuring alignment with business guidelines
Collaborating with internal customers (i.e. Sales, Marketing) to adjust forecast to reflect change
Providing analytical support such as demand/inventory analysis, modeling, data updates, new product launches, etc.
Managing relevant data such as safety stock targets, data accuracy, inventory projections, target adjustments, etc.
Managing and preparing reports related to functions of the business
Conduct inventory sweeps to improve product availability and stock in rates
Engagement in continuous improvement initiatives and other duties per business needs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Relative Discipline with 2+ years of experience
Experience in Supply Chain Demand Planning, Sales-Marketing Analysis and Inventory
SAP, Excel, PPT, SQL and Power BI
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Written and verbal communication skills
Selfdriven and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Analytical and detail oriented
Collaborative, team player
