Founded in 2019, Gordian Staffing helps small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada with specialized services and provides high-quality people solutions remotely.

Our headquarters are in Omaha, Nebraska. Abroad, we have offices in Guadalajara and Mexico City.

  • We are looking for a _
    Client Services Assistant_ _to support the following activities._
  • Act as an expert on staffing and requisition processes.
  • Accurately update HubSpot during the requisition process (RTM status and other information).
  • Send requisition forms.
  • Receive summaries from the recruiting team and send them to the clients.
  • Schedule and attend orientation calls, onboarding, and handoff calls.
  • Communicate with the Client Service Department to notify them of any issues.
  • Help to coordinate coverage for all client meetings.
  • Create and manage client numbers.
  • Keep HubSpot updated with relevant information, including contacts, companies, holidays, requisitions, deal followups, and terminations.
  • Review and assign tasks in the Client Care inbox.

Work Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m._
This is a remote position, with the need for availability and flexibility to travel to Guadalajara as required.

Minimum requirements




MUST:
Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

Salary:
From $20,000.00 per month
