About the Role
As an Engineer - Support engineering, you provide world class support to your customers to deliver them the best customer experience.
What we expect
3-5 years of demonstrated ability of solving problems and customer facing experience.
Prior experience of working with Unix and Windows systems.
Prior Knowledge/Experience of Javascript Frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, etc. is an added advantage
Prior knowledge/experience of working with Big data frameworks like Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, docker, AWS, etc is an added advantage
Solve customer encountered issues and advise on product limitations and standard methodologies.
Build test scenarios to reproduce product issues and to understand internal details that determine product behavior.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form, technical issues with a variety of customer contacts of different levels of technical sophistication and communication skills.
Enthusiastic and Self-motivated individual to work on support of AppDynamics Mobile Monitoring Software on the iOS, Android, Xamarin and other platforms.
Good understanding of Mobile Development is a must and hands-on mobile development (eg, iOS, Android, Xamarin, etc) will be an added advantage.
Work with the mobile engineering team to address issues that require their participation
