Job Summary

  • Lead the Production Rough Cut Capacity Process, evaluating the production plan feasibility given various availability/requirements scenarios.
  • Deliver a balanced and productive labor/equipment workload while taking into account our security, environment, quality and productivity guidelines.
  • Serve as the main functional link between Production and the Supply Planning Process (SPP), Planning and Shared Services areas, as well as the main input for the Production team's volumerelated dialog, metrics, and midterm analysis.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Rough Cut Capacity Process Management
  • Weekly schedule and Planning Boards management
  • SPP + Stakeholders' requirements negotiation + routines
  • New Products resource coordination / parameterization
  • Performance Metrics & Reports
  • Participate in the different health, environmental, and safety initiatives or programs implemented in the work
  • Participate and know the risk matrices in the area of work
  • MRB Rework process management

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Engineering bachelor's degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred)
- + 2 years in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Operations / Logistic / QA

  • Rough Cut Capacity Analysis: equipment and labor resources availability vs demand requirements
