Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, hardware, and software.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to ensure data protection and compliance.
• Drive technology modernization to support scalable growth and long-term innovation.
• Standardize and unify IT strategies across all departments and business units.
• Design and implement automation and AI solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage key IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Oversee IT governance, ensuring systems, policies, and procedures meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Optimize IT systems for availability, performance, and scalability.
• Identify training needs and implement professional development programs for IT staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and manage lifecycle of equipment.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to secure cost-effective services and technologies.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed within the scope of this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role such as IT Manager, IT Director, or similar, with a strategic focus.
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and network management.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Thorough understanding of IT best practices and industry standards.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced certifications such as CISSP or PMP are a plus).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
