What kind of work will you be doing?

  • Define, build, and document the GitHub Runner configurations that will execute all CI/CD pipelines for specific team requirements
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining best practice libraries of reusable workflow components to be used to construct our pipelines
  • Tackle technical problems with the integration of code and security scanning tools, infrastructure as code tools, feature management/release on demand tools, secret vault, and digital artifact repository tools into the tool chain
  • Write and document custom GitHub Actions to automate repeated processes to enable simple adoption in our pipelines
  • Migrate existing CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub
  • Establish guard rails for a pipeline in a fully integrated environment prior to production
  • Optimize test suites to fit into a CI/CD process

Who would do well in this role?

  • Either currently studying or recently Graduated
  • Interest in, or experience with, building and working with CI/CD tools supporting software build and deploy pipelines (bonus points for experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
  • Software development skills with any of the broadly used languages
:Java, C/C#, JavaScript etc. (bonus points for experience with Python and scripting languages)
  • Experience with configuring Linux or windows machines or writing bat or shell scripts
  • Interest in, or experience with, implementation and/or usage of container tools: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
  • Good English writing skills for creating documentation.
Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know for you to be successful in your role.

Our ambition is to hire for potential not just experience, and you're likely to succeed if you:

  • Are always ready to give it your all and deliver high quality work
  • Are excited to use your creativity and innovative thinking to try new things
  • Take responsibility and own your work
  • Are courageous and ambitious to challenge what's been done before

These are just a few of our employee's favorite benefits and perks

  • We're based in Guadalajara, with a new office coming soon, but we all work hybrid; you can choose when you work remote or from the office (sometimes we ask you to join us in the office for big team meetings or events, which are a great opportunity to network with your colleagues)
  • You'll be given a full introduction into the company and well as a dedicated mentor and support system
  • We also run lots of development and learning opportunities, as well as the chance to work alongside global colleagues
