    We are looking for a Billing & Cash Application Coordinator to help us with the posting of customer payments and processing of back office work associated with our order to cash and procure to pay departments.

    You will provide day to day support to the Billing and Accounts Payable function and you will be responsible for inputting cash applications into our ERP system to ensure it is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

    WHAT YOU'


    LL DO:
    Daily monitoring of all channels of incoming customer payments: Wire, Cheque, Paypal, Credit CardResponsible for accurate, complete, and timely application of cash receipts against outstanding receivablesIdentify and resolve payment discrepancies and answer customer inquiries as neededPerform wire traces on behalf of Collections team Support the order to cash and procure to pay with the handling and documenting of customer records and accountsPrepare and reconcile customer balancesAssist with administrative duties such as invoice portal uploads, document management, and assigning ticketsResolve collection disputes & reach outs for ecommerce customers utilizing appropriate leverage and procedures to successfully influence paymentWorking with the Credit Analyst Specialist in the daily monitoring of the Credit Check Escalations, promptly identifying and addressing credit-check requests, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolutionAssist and support Billing and Collection staff in their day to day operationsProvide Back Office support in Collection & Billing as assignedWHAT YOU'


    LL NEED:
    Enrolled in Bachelor's Degree program in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent education and experience.

    Understanding of order to cash or procure to pay processes Basic knowledge of MS Excel Open Communication:
