Position Description

As the People and Organization Director, you will play a crucial role in leading key HR initiatives, including:

  • Strategic Planning and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies in line with organizational goals to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment and retention processes, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Establish programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Manage employee relations and conflicts, ensuring fair disciplinary actions.
  • Strategic Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to retain top talent.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, HR, psychology, or organizational psychology; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, and organizational development.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Experience in change management and strategic planning within HR or across the organization.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Experience in a multinational company is essential, with a background in pharmaceutical or life sciences as a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
