Our Team

CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates.

We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Responsible for building and operating the empowering and growth system of CapCut creators;
Manage the education and training system of CapCut creators and agencies, delivering knowledge of the editing and platform regulations and improving their inapp performance;
Collaborate with the content team to improve inapp content creation quality and increase target content production;
Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
3+ years of working in content creator's operation or related programs. Experience with short video creators/ agencies for local marketing is preferred.
Good at communication and passion with creator's operation work.
Familiar with digital content ecosystem/platforms and data analytics.
Fluent in English, experienced in remote online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.
