We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Car Leader, based in
Apodaca, Nuevo León.

(E-Systems Division).

As a Car Leader you will be responsible of the Plant's manufacturing, engineering, product and new programs topics. Organizing pilot trails and getting the necessary resources to satisfy the different program's needs.


Your Task will be

  • Coordinate the Product Engineering activities according to the stablished program line time.
  • Support in the engineering changes
  • Develops, controls and supplies plan of the finished product, bills of materials, cutting sheets, visual aids of secondary processes, etc.
  • Lead engineering changes and design reviews
  • Ensure the updating and precision of bills of materials (BOM) according to engineering changes and manufacturing adjustments.
  • Use of knowledge and experience to propose design improvements and cost savings during manufacturing.
  • Obtain and release information for new components required by engineering changes.
  • Request and analyze the manufacturing specifications.
  • Comply with Lear's policies on the environment, health, and safety, as well as quality policies and procedures, participate in activities related to ISO14001, CTPAT, TS16949 and any other corporate or internal audit in which the human resources area is directly or indirectly related.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or any related field
  • 35 years of experience or more in Product Engineering, Launching coordinator, Program Leader.
  • English proficient
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, SMT, Microsoft Project. #LI-DNI
