Job in a nutshell:

In this role you will be responsible of reviewing and approving Hardware & Software purchase requests and are diligent in searching for ways to reduce the cost or improve the terms of each purchase.

Also work with more complex requests, assisting with the administrative procurement tasks that must be completed for complex requests to be quoted, reviewed, and approved.

What will you be doing:

Procurement Request Review and Approval: Review quote associated with each request to ensure the Atos preferred vendor has been selected, and that the pricing and terms are in alignment with the existing supplier contract.
Stakeholder Support, engagement and efficiency: Act as secondlevel support, providing direction and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Procurement Administration: Resolves issues with orders such as incorrect Software ordered, reconciling pastdue invoices and payment issues, arranging for returns, etc.

Requirements:

57 years of experience with IT Hardware & Software sourcing, procurement, & contracting
Project management skills
Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with procurement tooling, such as Ariba, Guided Buying, SAP/NESSIE, DocuSign, and SharePoint
Excellent English language skills; must be able to comfortably communicate in written and spoken English
