Travel is rapidly changing.

The rise of the OTAs dramatically simplified hotel and activities booking, inspirational internet content is everywhere and services like Uber and AirBnB make traveling even easier and more affordable.

The result is accelerating demand for personalized travel experiences.

Travelers can choose exactly where to stay and what to do in an a la carte style, tailored to their specific preferences and passions.

Want to join the locals go for an aperitivo in Milan, see off the beaten path shrines in Kyoto or walk Frida Khalo's steps in Mexico City? It's increasingly straightforward to do so.

We are now looking for an Experience Planner to help improving the already excellent service we offer.
Reporting to the Experience Planner - Team Leader, specific qualifications and qualities desired for the Experience Plannerare as follows:

Booking Management - including but not limited to:

  • General Booking Management
  • including Unassigning hosts, changing times, and dates, and adding info on the booking.
  • Importing and Loading bookings
  • Briefs incl. adding meeting points and notes for the host.
  • Assist with manual host hunting from HAP (this will be helpful on shorter lead booking where the availability restricts the bots)
  • Assist in loading budget and budget description on OTA bookings in emergencies

Knowledge & Experience:


  • Excellent written and spoken English and exemplary communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to details

Computer Skills Required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

Skills & Aptitude:


  • Strong time management skills are essential
  • A selfstarter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to become an integral part of our company and make their mark within the team
  • Welltravelled or have a true passion for travel
  • Curious and creative problemsolver (we value intelligence and inquisitiveness over experience).
  • Great interpersonal skills and the enthusiasm to build excellent authentic relationships with everyone in the company
  • Willingness to take on challenges

Additional factors:


  • Must be able to work on weekends
  • Must have a reliable laptop/pc and a stable internet connection.

Salary:
$ $95.00 per hour
