Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
The Mexico Sr.

Supervisor, supports the P&L (Foods and Beverages) accounting control teams and works along with the Share Service Center and the complet Controll team in order to ensure the correct month ends and year end closing, P&L, A&M balance, local requirements, and also performs accounting and administrative tasks.


Your Impact
As Finance Sr supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Safeguard company P&L by maintaining a high level of financial control as BU.
  • Ensure compliance with Local and Corporate rules and regulations.
  • Identify, pursue and work along with FP&A team, Tax team, Cost team, and Share Service Center in order to ensure the correct amaunts in the lines of the P&L.
  • Along with FP&A team, ensure the Flash P&L.
  • Lead the review of the Debrief of P&L and P&L by BU.
  • Provide accurate forecast for certain accounts of the A&M activities for cash flow purposes.
  • Ensure to be in compliance with Internal control and SOx reporting deadlines (certification of processes).
  • Management and support the creation of P&L cost centers for all the areas of Control.
  • Maintenance P&L beverages in environment PE1 and P17 of SAP.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 56 Year Experience on Accounting, Business Administration or Similar.
  • Strong Communication to collaborate under objetives with the functional matrix teams.
  • SAP and HFM on the functionality of both systems.
  • Skills to lead sessions with Directors/Sr. Managers.
  • Analytical capabilities to read financial information.
  • Knowledge of the structure of Balance Sheet and Profi & Loss financial information.
  • Leadership skills, decision making and focused on results.
  • Diplomatic, respectful and conciliatory.
  • Sense of urgency and fulfillment of requirements.
  • Flexibility to change.
  • Proactive
