We are hiring
:
Payroll Specialist

Tasks and activities covered in the scope of this role and not limited to are:

  • Payroll processing
  • Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders and prepare payroll files
  • Vendor Interaction
  • Personal files maintenance
  • Understanding of criticality of payroll statutory reports and ensure timely delivery
  • Follow Payroll calendar and adherence to the timeline and accuracy

Education and Qualification

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Payroll processes
  • Working knowledge in Payroll functions along with Industry specific experience

Advanced English (Speaking and Writing):

  • Intermediate documentation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft tools experience

  • Guadalajara, Jalisco, Tata4 (Av. Paseo del Nte. 4495B, Technology Park, Technology Park Guadalajara, 45222 Zapopan, Jal.)

Sueldo:
Hasta $25,000.00 al mes


Horario:

  • Lunes a viernes
  • Turno de 8 horas
